Air Conditioning

Are you in the market for a new or replacement Air Conditioning System? With efficiencies up to 21 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating, [SEER] we have many units to offer.

The minimum efficiency currently set by the Department of Energy is 13 SEER. The higher the SEER rating the more electrically efficient the system is thus saving you more money.

When choosing an air conditioning system, refrigerant type should be taken into consideration. As of January 1, 2010 condensing units can no longer be manufactured using R-22 refrigerant. All condensing units after January 1, 2010 will contain R410A environmentally friendly refrigerant.

Heat Pumps

Heat Pump

A heat pump gives you the best of both worlds, it is an all-in-one heating and air conditioning system that works year-round. It is used in conjunction with a gas forced air furnace, or Air Handler.

During the Spring and Summer months, a heat pump works just like a normal air conditioner. In the Fall and Winter months the process is reversed.

Heat pumps are now designed to operate at temperatures down to 20 degrees.

Evaporative Coolers

Evaporative coolers are very effective in dry climates. They can lower the temperature up to 30 degrees. When hot, dry air passes over the water-moistened pads in the cooler. The end result is similar to a cool breeze.
